Indications
A broad-spectrum antibiotic used for the treatment of diseases of the respiratory, digestive, urinary and reproductive systems resulting from infection with Gram-positive bacteria (staphylococci (Staphylococcus spp) – streptococci (Streptococcus spp) – Corynebacterium spp – Clostridium spp and Gram-negative bacteria (E. coli – Salmonella spp – Bordetella spp – Klebsiella spp – Campylobacter spp, Mycoplasma spp and Chlamydia spp in poultry, suckling lambs and calves
Dose and administration
Route of administration: Given orally in the drinking water
Poultry (broilers and breeders): 60–80 g of the product per 200 L of water daily for 3–5 consecutive days. Suckling lambs and calves: 0.8–1.2 g twice daily for 4–5 days. Or as directed by the veterinarian.
Withdrawal period
Meat: 8 days from the last dose taken. Not to be given to chickens producing eggs intended for human consumption
